6-Week Yoga Series for Trauma Recovery, Stress Management & Self-Connection

I have participated in at least five workshops that Doris has offered, ranging from a series on grief and nervous system regulation to Yin yoga and trauma-informed yoga. Each experience has been deeply meaningful.
Doris has a rare gift for creating a space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and accepted, no matter what they are carrying in with them when they arrive. She has an incredible ability to hold the complexity of the human experience with compassion, wisdom, and grace. As a fellow psychotherapist, I consider Doris's workshops an essential part of my own self-care. I am always struck by the transformation that takes place over the course of a class. Those who choose to share during the opening check-in often leave noticeably more relaxed, regulated, connected, and present by the end of the session. It is both remarkable and hopeful to witness.
I will continue to participate in Doris's offerings and have enthusiastically recommended them to many of my own clients. I am deeply grateful for what Doris has created. Her calming presence, thoughtful guidance, and ability to explain what each movement is releasing, stretching, or unlocking bring a level of intention and understanding that makes every practice even more impactful.
